Our maintenance professional can assist with agreed touch-up painting and very small cosmetic fixes that help make the home clean, fresh, and presentation-ready. If larger concerns are found, I will explain them, help coordinate estimates, and let you decide what you want completed before listing.
Clear scope: Limited touch-ups and simple preparation may be included as confirmed in writing. Additional labor, materials, full-room painting, major repairs, and specialty work are quoted separately and completed only with the seller’s approval. This visual property review is a listing-preparation service and does not replace a licensed home inspection.
